Review – AMERICAN HIGH are a fun punk 60s influenced group that debuts a new single titled “Cheye Calvo.” The song draws the listener in with its catchy vibe and engaging sound.

AMERICAN HIGH are a quartet from Sacramento, CA with members: D.T.(rhythm guitar), E.S.(lead guitar), F.M. (Bass), T.M. (drums). AMERICAN HIGH finds songs more interesting when they can be seen in different ways. They do not like to use the intro-chorus-intro-chorus-lead-chorus-exit design. The band embraces more free form songs to make them each individually and different from the other. AMERICAN HIGH released their first album, Bones in the Attic, Flowers in the Basement, in March 2017. For fans of The Beatles, Nirvana, Green Day, The Jayhawks, Ween, Tom Petty, this group is definitely worth a listen to. They love what they do and it shows in their work.
